How can the flowers survive for so long?

Our flowers are harvested and preserved through a well- researched process: The blooms are picked at their peak and  preserved straight after harvest.

To maintain their natural beauty and freshness, they are immersed in a special blend of water, plant-based glycerin and alcohol and some flowers are colored, using fruit colors, during this process. This is without any harmful chemicals used.

The mixture penetrates and maintains hydration inside the plant, which will keep them fresh looking and soft for a minimum of 6 month- and often for years!

Do you offer bulk ordering for businesses?
Yes, we specialize in catering to businesses’ needs, and bulk ordering is available for our B2B customers. Whether you require large quantities for events or ongoing supply, we’ve got you covered.

There is no minimum order quantity.

What payment options are available for B2B?
Once your company places an order, we will send you an invoice containing all essential details, including the total amount due and the payment deadline. Once the full amount is paid, we will initiate the production of your flower bouquets.
What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time for B2B and B2C orders may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. The general delivery time is 1 week.

Can we request custom floral arrangements for corporate events?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom floral arrangements to suit your corporate events or special occasions. Contact us to discuss your ideas and preferences with our creative team.
Can you create custom-made bouquets?
Yes, business customers have the option to contact us for larger floral decorations/installations. Together with our designer, we always find a beautiful and individual solution that suits your needs.

How do I clean the flowers?
You can do this with a cool hairdryer, an air spray, or gently with a soft dust cloth.
Why can't I place the bouquet in the sun or near heat sources?
As the flowers are fresh, placing them near heat sources will accelerate water evaporation, while direct sunlight will cause the bouquet to fade faster. Additionally, since the bouquet is still alive, it will naturally respond to variations in temperature and humidity. When placed by open windows, gentle drafts may cause the bouquet to shed naturally. During delivery, a few leaves may also naturally fall off.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
There is no right of withdrawal for the bouquets.
Do I have a right to make a complaint?

You have the right to make a complaint if the product does not meet the promised standards. Small imperfections can occur in nature and, therefore, also in our bouquets. Our flowers and foliage are carefully crafted and may undergo slight variations due to their seasonal nature.

However, the overall palette and aesthetic of each design will remain the same.
