Prices

All prices are in DKK VAT included.

Floral Affairs reserves the right for any errors in our stated prices. We also reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.

Payment for Private Customers
Private customers can pay by VISA/Mastercard and mobile pay, unless otherwise agreed with Floral Affairs.              The amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

Payment for Business Customers
Business customers can also choose to pay by invoice.

Delivery

Floral Affairs delivers throughout Zealand. We personally deliver the ordered products to your home or company. Delivery time for Danish orders is 2-5 days, and a maximum of 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed. Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order.

Right of Cancellation

As a general rule, there’s no right of cancellation for our bouquets or other products. However, we offer that you can cancel the order before it starts. Meaning, the cancellation applies to unused services and must be communicated well before delivery, at least 2 days before the delivery date. Please communicate the cancellation via email: info@floralaffairs.co.

In accordance with Danish law, all products purchased by consumers come with a 24-months right to complain.

Personal Data Policy

No personal information registered on floralaffairs.co will ever be transferred, sold, or made available to third parties. All information is securely stored and is only accessible by trusted employees at Floral Affairs.
