How can the flowers survive for so long? Our flowers are picked when their colour and shape are at their best. Shortly after harvest, each stem goes through a carefully developed preservation process. The flowers are placed in a plant-based liquid that gradually replaces their natural sap. This helps them retain their softness, colour and natural appearance without the need for water or sunlight. Through this process, the flowers can keep their fresh appearance and flexibility for up to 12 months, allowing us to enjoy what nature has grown for much longer.

What is the estimated delivery time? The delivery time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. The general delivery time is 7-12 days. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at info@floralaffairs.co.

How should I care for my flowers?
No Water Needed
Our flowers are preserved and should never be placed in water.Avoid Direct Sunlight
Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight to help preserve their natural colours.Keep at Room Temperature
Display your flowers indoors at a comfortable room temperature, away from radiators and other sources of heat.Avoid Humidity
Keep your flowers in a dry environment. Bathrooms and other humid spaces are best avoided.Remove Dust Gently
If dust settles on your flowers, gently remove it with a soft brush or a light puff of cool air.Handle with Care
The flowers remain soft and delicate. Avoid unnecessary touching or bending of the stems and petals. -
Why can't I place the bouquet in the sun or near heat sources? As the flowers are fresh, placing them near heat sources will accelerate water evaporation, while direct sunlight will cause the bouquet to fade faster. Additionally, since the bouquet is still alive, it will naturally respond to variations in temperature and humidity. When placed by open windows, gentle drafts may cause the bouquet to shed naturally. During delivery, a few leaves may also naturally fall off.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only offer shipping in Denmark. In the near future we will open up for worldwide shipping.
- Do I have a right of withdrawal? There is no right of withdrawal for the bouquets.
