BOUQUET CARE

We’ve seen flowers last up to five years – here´s how:

No water required

Preserved flowers do not require water. Keep them away from any source of moisture to maintain their longevity.

Avoid direct sunlight

Direct sunlight can cause the colors of preserved flowers to fade over time.

Keep away from heat sources

Excessive heat can damage preserved flowers. Avoid placing the bouquet near heat sources like radiators or heating vents.

Handle with care

Preserved flowers are delicate. Handle them gently to prevent any breakage or damage to the petals and foliage.

Dust off occassionally

Use a soft brush or a gentle stream of cool air to remove dust from the bouquet.

Indoor use only

Preserved flowers are intended for indoor use only. They are not suitable for outdoor environments.

Avoid humid areas

High humidity can affect preserved flowers. Keep them away from bathrooms and other humid spaces. Please note: if the flowers are placed in humid areas, some liquid may seep from the stems.

Composting your bouquet

When the bouquet has reached its end, you can safely compost it or dispose of it in the organic waste at your local recycling center. Since the Floral Affairs´ bouquet is natural, it will decompose like other biodegradable products.

Risk of discoloration

Under certain conditions, some flowers may transfer color when in direct and prolonged contact with light-colored surfaces.

We therefore recommend that the bouquet is not placed directly against white walls, textiles, or other materials where color transfer is not desired.
