Floral Affairs was founded on a simple idea: to rethink what flowers can be, and how we bring life inside in more sustainable ways. We create preserved floral arrangements from real flowers that have been harvested and treated through a gentle preservation process that keeps them looking fresh for 6–8 months.

For millennia, humans have been fascinated with *bringing the outside in*. More than a thousand years ago, in ancient Egypt, the art of preserving nature first began.

Today, that same idea lives on in a modern, natural process. As we harvest our flowers, their sap is carefully replaced with plant-based glycerin, keeping each bloom soft, hydrated, and lifelike for months – even years.

Freshly cut stems are used around the world to mark significant life events or simply to bring colour and energy to the everyday. We give and receive flowers as a pure and honest way to express emotion — almost as an extension of ourselves, through nature.

By extending the lifespan of each flower, we reduce the need for constant replacement — and with it, the environmental footprint of traditional flower consumption. A longer life for every bloom means a gentler impact on the world it came from, helping us reduce waste and rethink how beauty can live in our everyday spaces.
